My name is Mallory, and I launched Floured Fawn Bakery in February of 2025. I have been baking for friends and family for the better part of the last 15 years after being inspired by the “Cake Boss” on TLC! Between College, Careers, and Life in general, baking took a back seat, but I always loved and felt honored when someone would ask me to bake for their Celebration. In January 2024 I was gifted a brand new Sourdough Starter and quickly fell in love with a whole new world of baking and it reignited my passion! After months of bread baking followed by a Birthday Party and a Retirement Party where I gained my first “non-family” order, I started dreaming on the “What ifs” of starting my own Cottage Microbakery. I did months and months of research on Cottage Law, and decided that 2025 was the year that I begin truly following my dream, and thus, Floured Fawn was born! The name? My Fiance and I live in a quiet neighborhood, full of wildlife in a place you wouldn’t expect such a lively ecosystem. We have deer in our backyard regularly and even got to watch a fawn in its first days and weeks of life, it was something I will never forget! I wanted to honor the home that brought me my passion back and eventually came up with “Floured Fawn Bakery.” All that said, Thank You for being here, and I can’t wait to be a Small part of your Big Moments!
